Bill Predebon has progressed from being broke, with no money or credit, to becoming an experienced and successful real estate investor and construction expert who teaches others. He looked to real estate and the Renatus eduction to reinvent himself and has completed over 250 real estate transactions, including over 150 Fix & Flips. For the past 5 years he has focused primarily on building spec homes as an investor. He is the sole owner and president of Creative Solutions Investments, LLC and co-owner of several other real estate holding companies.
