Randall Cloud began working at Renatus when it was founded in 2011, until 2019 when he was recognized how much success he found implementing the real estate investing education and chose to make it his full time career. In addition to his long-term rentals, he has since focused on managing and acquiring short term rentals via lease arbitrage. In less than two years, he found incredible success, has leased 24 properties and streamlined his management processes building a local team and using online systems and integrations.
